Fake File Verification Warning

Dear Members, some dealers are selling files that were never issued by Highland. Before you pay any token or instalment, send us the file through the File Verification portal and we will confirm it against our records.

Instalment Reconciliation

Dear Members, please reconcile your instalments with the accounts desk. Register in the Members Portal with your receipts so your payment record is matched with the society ledger.

How to verify your Highland assets?

  1. Create your account

    Sign up once with your CNIC and mobile number. You can log in later with either one.

  2. Send us the file

    Fill the File Verification form and attach your application form, terms, receipt, CNIC and photo.

  3. We check the records

    Our verification desk matches your voucher number and security code against the society ledger.

  4. Get the result

    You receive a reference number, and your account shows the result as soon as it is confirmed.

Buying through a dealer, or someone is offering you a file on resale? Send us the receipt voucher number and security code with copies of your application form, terms, down payment receipt, CNIC and photo. We check them against the society ledger.
